Our Roof Replacement Process

Your assigned Reliant representative will come out to your home and perform a detailed assessment to determine the initial roof condition. We will then determine how much material is needed and can supply you with a detailed estimate on the costs associated with the roof replacement.

Once you signoff on the project, we will immediately start obtaining any necessary permits and finalize a schedule for you and our team. Any potential disruptions will be communicated to you immediately and our team will communicate with you throughout each step of the roof replacement.

We begin the roof replacement by stripping your roof of the old materials and inspect your roof's structure to make sure there is no rot. We will then begin installing your new roof, A new water barrier, like felt paper or synthetic underlayment, is installed over the roof deck. This is where your chosen roofing material, such as asphalt shingles, metal panels, or tile, is installed. Flashing around chimneys, skylights, and other roof penetrations will also be installed to prevent leaks.

Once the roof installation is completed we will perform a thorough inspection to make sure everything was installed properly. Then we will clean up and properly dispose of any waste created during the installation. The homeowner is invited to inspect the final product and once you signoff we provide you with all the relevant warranty information. We'll make sure to check in every so often to ensure your roof is built to last.

Tile Roof Replacement

Tile Roof Repair

Tile Roof Benefits

Tile roofs will last up to 50 years and can even last up to 70 years when installed correctly. They can withstand harsh weather conditions like hail, strong winds, and even fire. Tile roofs can also help regulate indoor temperatures due to their thermal mass. The space between the tiles allows for natural ventilation which creates a cooling effect in summer and insulation in winter. This can potentially lower your energy bills. Tile roofs require minimal maintenance compared to other roofing materials. Once installed, they won’t need frequent repairs or replacements.

Metal Roof Replacement

White house with metal roof

Metal Roof Benefits

Metal roofs will last up to 50 years when installed correctly. They are highly reflective, keeping cooling costs down better than almost all other roofing materials. Metal roofs are incredibly tough and can withstand harsh weather conditions. They’re resistant to high winds, hail, and even fire, offering excellent protection for your home. Metal roofs reflect sunlight and ultraviolet rays, helping to keep your home cooler in summer. This can significantly reduce your cooling costs. Our metal roofs come with 40 different color options.

Metal Roof Options

When it comes to metal roofing systems, Reliant has options. Standing seam metal roofing offers sleek design, durability, and fewer exposed fasteners, ideal for modern aesthetics. Exposed fastener roofing is more budget-friendly, featuring visible fasteners and an industrial look suitable for commercial buildings.
Exposed Fastener
This metal roofing system is an excellent choice for homeowners looking for a more economical metal roof. The panels are fastened to the roofing structure through the panel’s exterior and directly into the roof deck or framing. The edges of the panels lap over one another. The fastener then goes through both layers of metal, creating extreme strength and durability.
Standing Seam
The standing seam roofing system is a high-end and top-quality metal roofing system. It has improved design features, including concealed fasteners. The raised seams allow for the fasteners to be covered beneath the seams, minimizing roof leaks and maximizing curb appeal.
